The Art Museum of Estonia collaborates closely with various travel agencies. If you are interested in offering visits to the Mikkel Museum and other branches of the Art Museum of Estonia and taking advantage of our services, we would like to enter into a cooperation agreement with you.
To service our contractual partners faster and more easily, we have an e-booking portal to book tours, tour guides and additional services.
Tours in the museum can be led only by certified tour guides who have completed our training programme. A tour guide must have a Kadriorg Art Museum guide’s ID badge in order to lead tours. For certification, a guide has to complete a basic training programme for the guides working in the Kadriorg Art Museum and the Mikkel Museum, and pass an exam.
The next basic training will take place in spring 2021.The Art Museum of Estonia wishes to provide their guests with a pleasant experience. Please observe our code of conduct in order to preserve the treasures of the museum and to be considerate to other visitors.
We have introduced enhanced measures to make the museum a place where the risk of viral infections is held to a minimum, and therefore we clean and disinfect frequently used surfaces regularly, especially before and after group visits. Our service personnel use personal protective equipment. We have disinfectant dispensers near the entrances and ticket counters of the museums. Plexiglass dividers have been installed on information and ticket counters. Our museum shops sell face masks, among other things.
We ask our visitors to observe the 2+2 rule, to wash their hands and to use disinfectant. The 2+2 rule means that a maximum of two people can walk together and that they must keep a two-metre distance from other people.
The maximum size of a tourist groups in the Mikkel Museum is thirty four people plus the guide.
