Pirosmani: From Vagabond to National Symbol
After his death, the sincere and candid oeuvre of the autodidact and vagabond Nico Pirosmani (1862–1918) became a significant part of avant-garde art, and he has developed into a great figure in Georgian national art. In cooperation with the Art Museum of Georgia, the Mirzaani House Museum and the Georgian Embassy in Estonia.
Collector with a Mission: Alfred Rõude
The exhibition is dedicated to the art collector Alfred Rõude (1896–1968), whose mission included systematically collecting the best of Estonian contemporary art. Visitors will now have the opportunity to acquaint themselves with Rõude’s favourite artists.
